This seems like an easy question. After I create a crystal report, I do not want the end user to see the design page. When the user opens the report, they should see a copy of the report but not the design page. In fact, we want to restrict the user from getting to the design page so they cannot accidently change the report.

I need basic information on how to deploy or compile a report to the end user base. Or is the solution based on security groups and using restrictions to hide the design page. If it helps, we are running the new crystal XI version. Thanks for you help.

Do you not have Crystal Enterprise?

If not, you can go into the report options and lock the report.
