When I link Microsoft Access with Microsoft Word why do the linked fields in Microsoft Word automatically underline when i mail merge?
Does anyone know how I can stop the automatic underlining happening?

you probably need to disable hyperlinks (tools, autocorrect, autoformat as you type: Internet anbd network paths as hyperlinks)
