I was thinking about posting our company's calendar or schedule of events on our website... but I don't want to have to be the one who keeps updating it, especially if I am out of the office. What would you recommend I use so that someone else (who may not be as familiar with webpages) can update the calendar. I was thinking xml, but not sure. Thanks.

A really simple solution might be to simply use the "Save as webpage" feature in Outlook?

Not sure how often you update, but that woud probably be fine for relatively infrequent updates.

You could then just have them save the files to the relevant folder on your web server.

JavaScripts will be easiest to load and run..
If you like to customise it, its pretty convenient too, i did one for my
company last work year.

Google it!
