Hello,
new to this forum.

short question :

Is there a possibility to initiate the merge function of Word by Access.

I have a table where email and content and all other stuff is stored, but this should be sent via a template that is stored in Word.

OR ...

Is there a possibility to easily convert a word mail merge document into Access..

in access click tools>office links>merge it with ms word

hello,

thank you for your reply. That function is disabled.
I will look into it.. but maybe you can help me quicker?

how enable the office links function ?

First Select (click) the table or query that you intend to use for the mail merge then you will find that the function is not disabled.

You can also automate the process of merging from Access.Do a search in the access forum
