We use IE for our Intranet and somewhere or other these is a seeting to control the timeout after which time the page/connection is dropped.

have looked but cannot find where it is set. Can anybody advise please

I haven't delved too far into it, but I believe it's 'Session.Timeout'.

Sargents right it is session.timeout but I thought that was set on the web server not the browser ?
