I have a cursory knowledge of access. I am using access 2003

I am trying to insert a pie chart onto a report that will actually be 2" X 4" namebadges. Each name has a series of 4 numbers associated with it in the table. I would like each name badge to print a small pie chart next to the name, with the segments in proportion to the value of those 4 numbers.

For the life of me I can't make a chart of any kind appear on a report in access. I can do it easily in excel 2003. Could someone help me with step by step instructions?

Do I need Microsoft Graph as a separate program? Since I can make graphs in Excel, I assume it came with Office 2003.
