Im designing a report and i have a field Authority Number I want to put different addresses into a textbox according to what the Authority number is.... what would be the best/easiest way of doing this ???

plus : on my report the deatils are correct but the first set of records have a large space below and the rest are spaced correctly one under another ......any ideas what could be wrong with the first record ?
