Hi looking for a bit of advice...i am trying to do a mail merge from an access db but it will only do 19 pages of merge which is about 200 names and addresses compared to the 2,500 names and addresses in the database. Is this a limitation on mail merge? Is there a way I can get round this?

Take another quick look at your table data and a closer look at the mapped database fields in Word because I've run HUGE mail merge letters, in excess of 10,000 and they all printed fine...just took some time but still printed.
