What is a good (REALLY CHEAP) software for creating small flash files. Somthing to make small little banners and intro's using still's and some music...

Get a free lance flash designer like me to do it for you! :o)

There are some options out there but i would recommed getting someone to do it as you will pay the same price for the software as for a banner add.
