I'm aiming for the switchboard in my database to automatically open whenever a user loads up the database, can this be done with a macro or is there another method best suited to it?

Malcy 11-01-2006, 11:22 AM Try using <Tools> <Startup> and then enter the name for your switchboard? Hysteria86 11-01-2006, 11:45 AM Thanks, I knew it was done somehow, don't know why I thought it was macros :) boblarson 11-01-2006, 02:15 PM Actually, I believe in Access 2 and Access 95 the startup form option wasn't there and you had to use an autoexec macro to do that. Not sure about 97 though. gemma-the-husky 11-01-2006, 02:53 PM Its in Access 97 Bob - Access 97 is pretty good stuff - I find there's not much I can't do in A97. |
