Good link Ken, and considerable lower prices then I quoted.
Problem with these US sites for us is that they say Free shipping,
whereas us Europeans always have to pay for any shipment.
The other day I bought a soundcard ( US) and had to pay shipping cost at almost the same level of the card itself. Couldn't get the card in Europe,
so it wasn't really cheap !

Thruth is that I bought the card in the States , paid for it , installed it and had some problems with one of the breakout midi cables. Luckely I could buy an equivalent over here for a few bucks, which solved the issue.
But I will keep your generous proposal in mind, next time I've to buy some more US made equipment . ;)
