I found a b/base thats quite clever and put my boo t through it to get it to do what i wanted (works a treat so thought it would be nice to give soemthing back) so 95% not my work
AcCess 2000
email address in one table - import into etc

free from subject line and message line
and who you are as append to the end of the free form message line

attaches a html file from within Access


as I said 95% not my work so credit to whoever did the hard work

with this in mind does anyone know how to tweak this to pick up an attached file such as word/xls/pdf
