Hi! to all, I have to make a program in vb 2005 express edition and get the information from the database created in microsoft access. There are five tables in my database. I want to be access for another user only two tables, how can I lock another 3 tables. it is possible? if so then how.

As long as you are using access,I dont think there is a way to lock a table from an enthuthiast. May be right clicking on it and hiding it may do the trick.
I dont see the reason as to why your users should navigate to the backend to look at the tables. What they are meant to see the the front-end, and this is to help them ease thier workload. If they descide that they want to see the tables, well you have no way out apart from hiding them.
