I want complete PHP code to display all records of a table with 2 or 3 fields. And each record should have options addition, deletion, modification buttons. Please help me

Have you tried to do anything yourself so far? If not, it's a big ask to tell people on here that you want them to do it for you.

Post what you've got there so we can have a look at it, and let you know what can be done to change it to work.

See, Access is a weak point of mine. PHP and MySQL is my best, so I can help. But this sounds like the sort of job that I'd normally be charging a fair few $$ for, so I don't want to just give it away, if that's understandable.
