I am very interested in what the average weekend athlete is taking to renew their energy level and staminia. Do you use something special? Do you use Red Bull or some other caffiene product?

The reason that I am asking is that the International Society of Jujube Fruit, (of which I am a part) is trying to determine if a new product called Bazi Jujube Juice would be something that the weekend athlete would get behind.

I am not going to mention the company that is promoting this item unless asked, but would be interested in any feedback about what you are taking and why?

If you want to learn more about the benefits of the jujube fruit or a juice derived from that go to the Society's website at www.jujubefruit.com

I find whisky is a very suitable "energy management liquid"

If I feel a bit short of energy then a couple of doubles and I am off in the land of nod recovering

If on the other hand I am champing at the bit then again a couple of doubles put the thoughts out of my mind.

When I am low on energy, I read the "Politics & Current Events" forum and laugh at UK and US bashing at each others. :D

Funny how this topic has formed from spam lol. Well, I drink Monster not for sports but to stay awake at work haha. It's probably the best tasting energy drink out there IMO.

Well, I don't like coffee (because it gives me a yanki type feelings) so i drink energy drinks in the morning, I am wondering which one has the most caffeine in it or the most whatever it is that gives you energy...any ideas?
