Hi folks

I have just devised a simply database but as usual when using it I found that I had left out some information.

To simplify - I could for example, make a drop down menu with the letters a-z but when finished realised that I had left out the letters K, L & R. How do I insert the missing data into the already created list?

Err, add them to the control's row source. If you didn't use a table as the drop-down's row source, then the list we be in the row source property in form design view.

The answer to a new user(one week only) was not as simple as you might have thought - the err bit was ott. If a question is asked please don't asume that the person is stupid!!!
