I have a similar problem. The Help pages talk about unique vales & unique properties, but it is not clear.
What query will Make a new table just of the unique set of records (based on field [surname], or what words do I put in the criteria box.
Also how does one set the Delete recs to keep the latest entry of a duplicate (based on one or more flds), and delete previous versions of that same record?
