and can I use word to send these out (without the Bcc option)

OK nice and easy

do your mailshot as per norm
type letter etc

now instead of doing mailmerge - look at the options within word - and there is an option to email out

this will be 1 email per line of info (excatly the same as a normal mail merge )
I am using office2000 - so its in this version and will be for 2000+ version


you can either use xls or access as your merge data

just doubled checked

do your merge :-
push the merge button - but not the ok pop up
here you have to change the option to electronic mail
and hey presto all done

recommend that you test this
so put a couple of einternal email address
