I have a field that lists numerous activities in text format. I set the field up as a memo field to get around the 255 word limit.

Is there any way I can construct a query to return only those activities that contain a certain word or phrase?

In this instance, I am looking for all of the activities that contain the word sub-contractor.

Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
