So, my company uses snapshot for almost every report we do. I'm responsible for the reports, so I send a gazillion of them out each week using macros. However, when i send the snapshot, all of a sudden some users are having odd viewer problems, like a simple landscape report explodes to a size so visibly large that only a word or two shows on the report, or the text is all slanted and truncated.

when i open the reports on my end, they look fine. also, i created a new report a while back that shows up all wierd on MY OWN COMPUTER when i view it. any ideas? the viewer doesn't have any changeable options i can find that would cause this.
