I have run a Budget report for five years using a net tenant rent number. Now the boss wants me to show Gross Potential Rent with a contra for Loss due to Vacancies. My table has all revenues as negative numbers and all expenses as positive numbers. I forced the format on the report to show all positives, so that my revenues and expenses all looked right in the report.

Now I want to show the revenues and expenses as positives, but this one account as a negative. I have tried conditional fomating, but it changes all the positive values.

Any recommendations?
