Hey guys...I'm a little bit confused and cannot figure this out.

Ok I created an excel file...datatable...its typical..its got headers...

I "froze" the panes..so that when I scroll down I always see the headers,
and then I figured out to print those headers on every page, you just go to page setup-->sheets (this is because the table is like 25 pages long and I wanted headers on every page)

heres my problem:
I need to transfer this table all into microsoft word.
Here at work we have certain headers and footers that we HAVE to use for printing in Microsoft word...
when I copy and paste the table from excel I only get the headers once...

is it possible to copy and paste from that table and keep the headers that I had frozen from excel? otherwise I'm going to have to copy and paste headers to everypage of this document and I want to avoid that

so the goal is to have a table in word..with headers on every page ...and the table originated in excel...can anyone help?

When you have the cursor within the Word table, then in the 2007 version, in the layout Ribbon, Data Group, there's a button called "Repeat Header Rows". In the previous versions, it is of course much easier to find, it's just below the middle of the table menu.
