Does anyone know an easy, preferably free and spyware free way of creating help files? Like the one you find under start > help ?

Not sure if rak's suggestion has any limitations on the free version so if so here's another couple for you:

Vizacc (http://www.vizacc.com/) and this one converts Word files to compiled help files clicky (http://chmprocessor.sourceforge.net/) - both open source so 100% free :cool:

Good catch Minkey, didn't know the Vizacc thing.
And yes, the one I suggested is a (limited) trial version.
