I have a friend who does blog and web design and she's looking for a good, active forum where she can get help with coding in php, MySQL and css; anybody have any advice? She works with WordPress, but she's getting into doing more Wikis, Forums, and integrated sites. Thanks in advance!

PHPBuilder.com is a great site (much like this one but for PHP/MySQL).

As far as the CSS I would really recommend working through a good book and then use a messageboard to move forward.

Actually I prefer the above method for most new skills. Messageboards are great because there are so many talented people out there very willing to help. But they want you to do the work and that is where the book gives you a great base to start with.

Of course everyone learns differently, so I am only telling you the way that works best for me.
