Hi,
I've got a parameter query that works, apart from one thing. Its purpose is to give a list of all items which are in stock, according to the criteria given (in this case, that of a music shop, the query coves things like the artist, format, and title of items). In other words, if a customer says "what CDs have you got by X?" you can put "CDs" and "X" into the query and get an answer.
BUT... the query won't work unless you fill in *everything*... record company, artist, title, format, condition, etc etc etc. How can I tell it that if nothing is entered in a field, don't consider that field part of the query?
I really appreciate anyone's help! Sorry this is a bit convoluted.
Ta,
Clare
