I have a user that I am trying to trouble shoot his Microsoft Access 2003. The user has orginial .mdb files and I open them go down to Reports and then double click on "Create a Report in Design View" and nothing happens. I've tried repairing Office and just Access and I'm still unable to get it resolved. Does anyone have any ideas? PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!

Does it happen if they create a new database as well?

yes it does

Do they have a default printer set up? If they don't, then I believe you might experience that same issue.
