I was in the startup options and unchecked a couple of toolbar boxe and now I dont have a full menu any more.

Please help

Hold the SHIFT key down when opening the database.

Hold down a <SHIFT> key while opening the db and go back to Tools>Startup... and fix it.

Actually, due to the new job I haven't been on much at all. Pretty much this last week was just coming to remove reported spam. I've not had much of a break until today.
