I want to build an access application for a bicycle shop, I have a little access knowledge and would like to get more information on doing this.

Is there a place to look for on the web on how to build an application like this ?

Have you searched the samplle databases on this forum

Templates are good starting points if you know what you want/need to do and can modify them to fit your requirements. If you don't, you end up with something that doesn't quite fit. If you don't know how to design a relational database from scratch, a highly praised book is Database Design for Mere Mortals by Mike Hernandez (not Access specific) which, coincidentally, uses a bike shop for its example.
