Can anyone help me out.

I am trying to to link a Access Query with an Excel Sheet. I have tried the Paste Special function, but everytime I open the excel sheet it does not pull the latest data although I click on update data.

Data > Import External Data > New Database Query

then the rest is a eash, just point it to your database and then enter the name of the query u want to import or just go into access copy the SQL within the query and paste it into this box and the rest is done for you.
