Hi,

I have created a two field table which comprises originator ID field, which is 6 characters in length, which set up as a text field and Scheme Reference fiels, which is a 10 characters in length, and is also a text field.

I have created a report based on this table, but for some reason it only displays every 7th record in the report. I have checked all the various properties particularly the Header section, which seems to be forcing this aspect, and I have not been able to find out what is causing this to happen.

I have through checked the table in case I did something there that may have been the cause, and find nothing.

has anybody any ideas.

Any help would be most appreciated. I have uploaded db1.zip which contains the table and report.

Because you have it in the page header instead of the detail. If you want each record printed, use the detail section.
