I have had partial success with producing an eighteen label A4 address sheet from an existing data base, but only 15 labels are printed on each page. A three label space remains unused at the foot of each page and no addresses are lost, they just appear at the top of the next page. The label sheet layout was produced by using the Access label wizard set for Avery J8161. A previous 14 label design using the same wizard set for J8163 works OK. I cannot find an editing process to manually rectify the J8161 problem!

You should really delete one of these duplicate threads. When you have the report open in design mode, have you gone to File>Page Setup... and played with the margins?

Yes I have tried various changes to all the margins in page setup with no apparent effect and certainly no increase in the rows of labels printed.
