Good evening all, I have two problems which i can not seem to solve. 1) I have a report which is previewed from a Cb on a form. When the event is triggered, i get the following message:

"The expression On Click you entered as the event property setting produced the following error: A problem occured while database was communicarting with the ole server or active X control"

I am using Access 2003

the other problem I seem to be having troble with is: My report is based on a query, in the query I have against QuoteRef in the criteria =forms.frmquotereview.txtquotereference

This exists in a text box called txtquotereference on the frmquotereview form

And yet every time I try and open the Qry I amprompted for the txtquotereference parameter.

Any tips much appriciated

I gor around the problem by creating a new database and importing all the objects from the other into the new and both errors have microsoftly dissappeared!
