For those in the U.S. who care (I know of at least two Brits who wouldn't care about this "girly game"), the man who won the auction for Barry Bonds' 756th home run ball has put up a website where people can vote for what they want him to do with it. The choices are a) donate it to Cooperstown, b) brand it with a big asterisk and then donate it to Cooperstown or c) blast it into space. He says he will abide by whatever the voters on the website say.

I thought it was funny. The website is here (http://www.vote756.com/marcecko/), for anyone who wants to check it out.

You mean you don't know of two, or you don't care? :D

How about we get him to autograph it then blast it into space?

The Ruth family apparently still has the Babe's 60th home run ball and have no intention of parting with it. That ball would appear to have senimental value to the family. Bond's ball seems to only have dollar signs to him.
Seeing how things are going, perhaps the auction should be in Euros.
