And what music did you play ? My mate has an American made white USA Strat (£650) - me? I can't afford American stuff so my bass is made in Indonesia. Col I was in Alicante in the worst September weather in living memory, slap bang in the middle of our holiday! Rain, storms and cold winds off the sea. Very strange to emerge on the sunny days from a warm Med in hot sunshine and freeze in the wind! Our unheated pool went from tropical to arctic in the space of a week. Never mind it was great to get away to a country where you can still afford to live and a pleasure to stroll around a city on a Saturday night at midnight, along with Spanish families without fear of getting mugged or being surrounded by mindless, drunken yobs like we have in the UK.
