After several years of not using vb.net I now have the time to continue with my recreational programming. However I have a problem. Where I use either ctl/Alt/break or ctl/Alt/del to halt a program I am then unable to start the program again as the original .exe/output file for the debugger is 'still in use by another person'. The only way to restart the program is to restart the PC.
Is this yet another example of M$ own products not working with M$ own OS in this case XP.
