My database has companies with the same name with many branches (towns). I have setup a combo box to lookup the company and autofill the address (this finds the 1st occurance of the company name) but I can't work out how to change the address based on entering the branch (town) name, (a second combo box?). I think this should be simple but I am very new to Access and have spent some time with this one. Many thanks to anyone who can help. Lez
