Oh dear

You'd know if you'd bothered to read through some threads on this forum that the "experts" here generously give their time and expertise for free. Offering money to do your work for you is an insult. Your lack of planning does not constitute someone else's emergency.

I would like to donate this money to charity: Amnesty International and Greenpeace!
First donate, then i'll help you!

You must be really desparate!

Glad I don't play golf!

As a kid we used to go round the course collecting lost balls and selling them back to the golfers. Might be worth starting that up again...

Smells like student coursework to me. Surely anyone working in the healthcare sector wanting a database would employ/invest in something more substantial. I may be wrong  Actually, thinking about it this is not necessarily the case in the UK. Anything to do with healthcare seems to be done on a shoestring

just chipping in here -
this is a help forum -(also a slagging off forum as well)
if you want to pay someone to do this relative simple thing then go find a student or go to an evening course and let them use your d/base as a study case ..

Askign guys here to do this on payment raises all sorts of questions - and there has been a bad expereince of people saying they are going to pay and then bailing out..
so i don't think you are going to get much help on this one ..
regards

Dave I imagine someone on another forum took up his generous offer and is now waiting expectantly for payment.

Whoever he was he's probably buying essays off the internet to further his academic career. If he's British he'll probably leave school and go straight onto state benefit handouts and dream of becoming a "celebrity", why work when some other bugger will support you?

Yeah, funny how the request was only to normalise tables. Perhaps they will register as a different user to ask the next question on their homework sheet... Create a query? Create a form?

Oh well

Great to see some-one else with a light hearted sense of humor. I don't know how many PM's I've got requesting / ordering me to remove it as they are afraid "their boss might see it". Some people really need to lighten up. Cheers olorin, glad I brightened up your day.

Create a set of normalized tables, upto BCNF.

The diagnosis should be using the International Classification of Diseases (V10) codes as subscribed to by all countries worldwide.
This allows for consistency across the board and the World Health Organisation can see / track worldwide trends and pandemics more easily.
