i want to set up another report so that i can search for a customer, but i dont want to have the results between two dates, but as i have set up a different report with this criteria i can t seem to set up a report with out although i have based my new report on a new query, can any one give me any ideas to change this or will i have to just leave it???

Your question is a little confusing. I think you have copied your original report and writen a new query to select the customer. Are you sure that your new query is referenced on your report? if it is, run the query on its own and see if that works.
