Quick question

I have the results of a query on two tables tblpeople and tblscores. I found the people who scored above a certain score. But since the same people take the same test over and over again. I have multiple references to the same people, because they have performed well multiple times. How can I make it so it only shows me those who succeeded, irrespective of how many times they have succeeded?

Select PersonId, Max(TestScore) as MaxScore
From YourTable
Where TestScore > somevalue
Group By PersonId;
