Can anyone tell me where the "reputation" thingie that appears near the upper-right corner of these posts comes from? It appears as one ore more green dots or one or more red dots. Mine recently went from green to red, and I'm wondering if it's something I should worry about... this forum is the most valuable Access resource I've found, and if I'm doing something wrong I want to know about it.....

I'm no expert, but if you go to your User CP page you can see the last 5 there. Perhaps the comments there will tell you something.
