I'm a average user....
I created a query, it displayed the appropriate records. I then added more records to my database. I opened the query and ran it again and it does not display the new records. to my knowledge I haven't set any limitations in this query as far as displaying new records or anything. can anyone help please? thanks a million !

Are you sure there are no restrictions? a date field perhaps?

yes. in fact , there are no date fields in this query...

Go into your query in SQL view and post what's there to the board.
