Hi

Is there anyway of returning the menus that I removed from the Tools > Startup options back?
It looks like I have locked myself out of my FE!!!!

Hold the SHIFT key down when opening the database.

That's excellent. I locked my self out try to basically disable form design option when you right click on forms. Do you know how to do that please?
