Re: an Excel spreadsheet linked to a query in my database - I have no difficulty in opening it from my desktop. However, when I send the link to another user in another facility they are unable to access the spreadsheet. The message returned is the topic title of this inquiry. The excel is linked to the query from excel. Any help?

The ODBC drivers are optional when Access is installed. Your user will need to install them from the Access/Office installation CD.
