Using Word03 with Windows XP
I have a form template that I inherited from a previous IT guy. It is a monthly activity report for off site workers.
There are 6 areas in the report. Each has a total of 25 entries for that area. I'll start with the first area which is Meetings.
There is a text area for meeting date and a text area for meeting subject. If the off site employee attended a work related meeting, they would fill in the date of the meeting and what the meeting was about. As stated earlier, there are entries available for 25 meetings.
What happens now is that all 25 meeting records are printed, even if they're blank. The result is a report thats several pages long but may only have 10 or 15 lines of actual text.
Is there a way in Word in which I can prevent the blank records from being printed.
Thanks
