I have a form that has a date field that has to dates (example: mm/dd/yyyy - mm/dd/yyyy) I made a report for this form using a query. Here is my problem I am trying to print the report but if there is 10 records 10 reports print out. I need to set a criteria in the query that when a person hits the print command on the form it ask the person for the dates. Does anyone have any ideas.

Have you tried adding a parameter to your query? i.e. under the date column in the 'Criteria' line type
Between [start date] and [end date]
