Hi,
this is a short description my prob..
I create a new user (account type - comp.admin.) ..step by step (in win xp). When i logging first time as this user i receive a msg "Windows cannot load user's profile but has logged you on with the default profile for the system"..and i cannot do nothing :(
This is a NEW user! What happened???

You said the accounts type is comp.admin. is this also the name of the user ? if so remove the dot's and try it as compadmin

no no...this is account type "computer administrator"

What is the user name you have chosen ?
Does it appear in the User Accounts under control panel ?
You could try removing it and adding it back in but make sure the account you use to create it is a full admin account.
