Hi I am setting up a small gymnasium in my home town and have been trying to set up a database.

I have got it mostly set up. I just have a problem with not knowing how to prevent multiple bookings.

There are more than 1 court for a few facilities and i cant allow the same booking to be made twice..

My question is how do I set it up so that if someone trys to make an identical booking it prompts an error message UNLESS there is more than 1 court unless or courts are booked.. please help..

I can send the access file around.. The one I have created at the moment is my design so-to-say.
