I have created a switchboard that has a button to access a form, which I don't want changed. I have tried to set user and group permissions to only allow the users to open/run the form, but it's not working. It seems that anyone (who knows the password to get in the database) can modify the design of the form. I don't have "modify design" checked, so I don't understand why they can still modify the design of the form. Please let me know what I need to do.

Thanks.

Something in your security is not set up Properly. You might want to create group acounts first, give permissions to different groups and then add users accordingly to the group, e.g Group name: Readonly- and assign open/run permission only for that form. now add the user to the readonly group. Hope that helps...

Just an add, too, but I fixed it by splitting off front end and making an MDE file, but save the old one as only over writes will make changes to the objects.
