I have Categories, Event, Number reported, and Max Grade. I want the report to look like the image I've attached. The Max Grade is a number from 1-5 that is recorded for each of the Events.

Grouping allows me to get these numbers but I'm not sure about presentation.

You can use subforms to achieve the desired effect, if you can't get the numbers all into the same row on the query.
