I am developing an application for someone at the office and i have a question. Is it possible to do something so that person will not work directly in .mdb file?
Does someone know from where i can download an access xp (2002) runtime for users that does not have access installed?

You can't. You need to buy a developer edition (or Visual Studio) to use runtime. This changes with Access 2007 where the runtime is free.
